MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEATING SHEET

A heating sheet is a heating element that converts electrical energy into thermal energy. Since it is cheap, easy to use, easy to install, and is pollution-free, it is widely used in various heating occasions, such the terminal, terminal connector and power cable, etc,. and there are many manufacturers and brands of electric heating elements. So, how to make a heating sheet?


 

1. Background Technology

An electronic atomizer currently in use includes an outer shell, an atomizer, an oil storage bin, a battery component, and a control component. The atomizer includes a heating wire and an oil-conducting cotton. There is an air inlet hole and oil inlet hole in atomizer, the oil inlet hole communicates with the oil storage tank, and the air inlet hole communicates with the outside world, the battery component is connected to the control component, and the control component is connected to the atomizer. The shell includes a base, a side shell, and an upper cover. The side shell is arranged on the base, and the atomizer is arranged on the base. The oil storage tank is enclosed between the base, the atomizer, the upper cover, and the side shell. When in use, the oil-conducting cotton absorbs e-liquid in the oil inlet to itself. The e-liquid in the hole is adsorbed on the oil-conducting cotton for atomizing the heating wire. The oil-conducting cotton of this atomizer is generally wound on the heating wire. During the heating process, the heating wire causes uneven heat. If the temperature is too high, it is easy to burn the oil-conducting cotton, and it is easy to burn out the hot water, resulting in a short life of the atomizer.

 

2. The Invention

The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art, and to provide a method for manufacturing a heating sheet, which has the characteristics of large contact surface, long life, and convenient replacement.

The present invention is implemented as follows: A method for manufacturing a heating sheet, which includes:

a. Provide a sheet with surface treatment and drying.

b. Making sheet according to different materials and graphics.

c. Coating the sheet obtained in step b on the sheet body.

d. Exposure.

e. Baking.

f. Etching.

g. Cleaning and stripping.

Further, the surface treatment includes removing the surface oxide film and cleaning.

In step f, V is defined as the etching speed (mm / min), and the chemical etching speed refers to the etching speed on one side. H is the etching depth (mm). T is the etching time (min), The area to be etched is S, and the thickness of the sheet is H, where V = h / t, t = f (V, h, s).


 

In step b, during the manufacturing process, the shape of the figure is as follows, which includes a plurality of connection rings, the connection rings located on the inner side and the adjacent connection rings located on the outer side are connected through at least one connection portion. A material bridge is arranged on the outside of the outermost connection ring, and the other end of the material bridge is connected with a material belt, and other areas between the material belt, the connection ring and the material bridge are hollowed out.

 

A disc is provided inside the innermost connecting ring, the wafer is not solid, and the wafer and the innermost connecting ring are connected by a connecting piece, except for the connecting piece, the connecting ring, the strip and bridge, other areas are hollowed out.

 

3. Production Method

The method includes the following steps:

a. Provide a sheet with surface treatment and drying. b. Making sheet according to different materials and graphics. c. Coating the sheet obtained in step b on the sheet body. d. Exposure. e. Baking. f. Etching. g. Cleaning and stripping. Use this method to realize the production of heating sheet, which is convenient for batch and automatic production. The precise value of the products is effectively controlled. Its operation is convenient and the process is simple. The sheet has a long service life, and the heating film generates heat evenly, avoiding excessive local temperature.
