A plug-in terminal is made of two parts connected, one part is used to press the wire and then insert the other part, which is welded to the PCB board. The two ends of the plug-in terminal can be fitted with additional assembly rings, which can protect the connector and prevent the conducting strip from being arranged in poor position. At the same time, this design can ensure that the socket can be correctly inserted into the parent. The socket can also be fitted with assembly buckle stand and lock buckle stand. The assembly buckle stand can make the socket more stable to the PCB board, and the lock buckle stand can lock the parent and socket after the installation is completed. If the surface of the plug-in terminal becomes black, this is not necessarily caused by a short circuit of the circuit, it is also possible that it is oxidized thus black. So, how should we determine why the terminal becomes black? At this point, you can wipe the surface of the plug-in terminal with a finger, if the black material on its surface can be erased like ash, which proves that the black material is due to the oxidation of the terminal to produce. These black substances require sandpaper or a file to remove them completely. If the black material can not be wiped off with the finger, this means that the black terminal is burned by the short circuit of the circuit, and the terminal may need to be replaced at this time. The key of terminal grounding is that the grounding resistance should be low and the contact area should be large. The plug-in terminals can make a zero electric potential close to the earth electric potential as low as possible at the ground point. In addition, the plug-in terminals can have enough capacity to provide a channel for faulty current. In addition, the failure of plug-in terminal may also be caused by lightning or short circuit. Because the construction technology theory of plug-in terminal has always changed according to the changes of contemporary technology and science, the feasibility of this grounding mode should be judged according to the new standard.
