The machining accuracy of automatic terminals refers to the degree that the actual values of parameters such as size, shape and mutual position are close to the ideal values after the parts are machined. If the actual value and the working error are small, the machining accuracy will be higher.
1. Dimensional Accuracy
It refers to the degree that the actual dimension of the part is close to the ideal dimension, which is usually expressed by dimension tolerance. According to the national standard, the standard tolerance is divided into 20 levels, such as IT18. "IT" represents the standard tolerance, and "18" represent the tolerance level. The larger the number is, the larger the tolerance value is, the lower the dimensional accuracy is.
2. Shape Accuracy
It refers to the degree to which the actual shape of the part is close to the ideal shape. There are six kinds of shape tolerance: straightness, flatness, roundness, column reading, line profile and surface profile.
3. Position Tolerance
It refers to the degree that the actual position between the surface, axis or symmetry surface of the part is close to the ideal position. The position tolerance of automatic terminal machine includes eight kinds: parallelism, perpendicularity, inclination, position, coaxiality, symmetry, mouth run out and full run out. Generally, the accuracy of the automatic terminal machining method refers to the accuracy that can be achieved in normal operation, which is called economic accuracy. When designing fully automatic terminal machine parts, first of all, it is necessary to decide which level of accuracy is selected according to the importance of the size of the part. Secondly, the equipment conditions and processing costs of the factory should be considered. In short, the principle of selecting accuracy is to select a lower accuracy on the premise that it can meet the technical requirements.
The surface quality of the parts of the automatic terminal machine includes the surface roughness, the degree of surface hardening and the nature and size of the surface residual stress. The surface quality of the parts has a great impact on the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and other properties of the parts, as well as the service life of the parts, such as electrical wire, electrical cable. Therefore, the surface quality requirements of the parts working under high speed and heavy load are high. Only the surface roughness requirements are indicated on the drawings of general parts. The surface roughness is usually evaluated by the arithmetic mean deviation (R.) of the contour.
The higher the surface quality requirements of the parts, the smaller the surface roughness value of the automatic terminal machine. However, the surface of some parts needs to be bright for the sake of appearance or cleanliness, while the requirement of tip is not necessarily high, such as the handles and panels of machine tools.
