WHAT IS A TERMINAL SECTION DETECTOR

The terminal section detector is a precision inspection and analysis equipment specially developed by Ouka Optics for the quality inspection of the wiring harness industry. The entire system consists of terminal cutting equipment, grinding equipment, corrosion cleaning, cross-sectional image acquisition system, and wiring terminal picture measurement analysis system. It adopts ergonomic design, modular combination, and streamlined workflow to make the operation more convenient and fast. The complete inspection system can complete the processing and analysis of a terminal within 5 minutes, which greatly improves the speed of terminal cross-section quality inspection.

Simple operation, high-quality image acquisition system, accurate measurement and analysis will escort your production. High-performance micro-observer and special software can simply and correctly measure length and calculate area. Magnification from 45x to 260x. Extremely thin lines exceeding AWG30 are also clearly displayed. With newly developed special software for cross-section evaluation, CH and CW can be measured and the cross-sectional area can be calculated instantly. The measurement accuracy at the maximum magnification is 1 ~ 2 µm.
